RENS Real Estate, LLC. was started by Jesse Garcia, a full-time Real Estate Investor. We have grown as a staff of individuals that will help you with your real estate needs. If you would like to sell quickly for a fair price, we can help. In 1997, we first got started investing in real estate. The market for home sales was at an all-time high. We have been investing in single-family residential homes, commercial properties, and land. If you are looking to sell a home with little to no equity or if you have a handyman special that needs a ton of work we can help. We are always looking for apartment units and land to purchase.

I reside in Raleigh NC with my wife of 20 years and our 4 Children. I first got interested in real estate shortly after my time in the United States Marines. After my time in the Marine Corps, I went to a school of ministry and started working in the local church where I met my wife.  I began buying real estate rentals and buy fix and flips and now some 28 years later we still love helping others with a quick sale of their homes or properties.
